Please find detailed instructions on how to connect and measure with the N-Tester BT here.
When you prepare the N-Tester measurement in the Atfarm mobile app, you'll be asked to turn on your N-Tester BT and enable Bluetooth® wireless technology on your mobile device so that the Atfarm mobile app can pair with the N-Tester BT to receive the readings and calculate a recommendation from them. The pairing is indicated by a flashing blue LED on the N-Tester BT. If the pairing was successful, you'll receive a signal from the app and the blue LED will stay on.
If you can't pair your N-Tester BT with the Atfarm mobile app, it may be for one of the following reasons:

The N-Tester BT is paired directly with the Atfarm mobile app. The Atfarm mobile app will ask you to enable Bluetooth® wireless technology and will automatically establish a temporary connection in the background.

Device does not turn on/LED flashes red
If the N-Tester BT doesn't turn on when you press the On/Off button, or if it turns off during use, the batteries may be inserted incorrectly or may be empty. A red flashing LED during initialization will indicate this.
Please try the following:
-
Open the battery compartment of the N-Tester BT by removing the four screws with a PH1 screwdriver.
-
Check that the batteries are inserted correctly. Bend the battery contacts slightly toward the batteries.
- If the last step didn't work, replace the batteries.
- The N-Tester BT uses 2x AA (LR06) alkaline batteries (non-rechargeable).
- Empty batteries must be removed and disposed of at a collection point. Batteries should never be disposed of with household waste.
-
Close the battery cover.
-
Restart the measurement in the Atfarm mobile app.
- Press the On/Off button to start the device. Don't turn on the device until prompted by the app. This is after you've entered the field data in the connection step.
