Once you've added a farm, you can add fields to the farm by uploading or drawing field boundaries. Drawing fields is available in the Atfarm web and mobile app. Uploading fields is only available in the Atfarm web app in your desktop browser.
How to upload field boundaries?
Field boundaries can be uploaded to Atfarm by importing Shapefiles (SHP). You can upload one KML, GML, KMZ, SAM Internet or ZIP file at a time. The Shapefile (ZIP) can only contain SHP, SHX, DBF and PRJ files. Please adhere to the maximum and minimum field and upload sizes when uploading fields.
You can usually obtain a file of your field boundaries from the local authority that registers field boundaries. Alternatively, you may be able to download them from your farm management software.
