I forgot my password and cannot log in. How can I reset it?

If you forgot your password and are unable to log in to your Atfarm account, please follow the steps below.

Please note:

You can only receive a password reset email if you've confirmed your email address after registering your Atfarm account.

1. Click Forgot password? on the Atfarm login page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Atfarm account in the input field.
3. Click Send me the link via email to send a reset link to the email address.
4. Check your email inbox and also spam folder for a reset email sent by Atfarm.
   • If you can't find the email, click Send me the link via email again, and we'll send a new email.
   • For assistance, contact our support team.
5. Open the email and click the link to reset your password.
6. Enter your new password in the input field on the page that opens.
7. Click Save new password to save the new password.
8. Log in to your Atfarm account with the new password and your email address.
