The N-Tester BT calibrates itself before a measurement. Once you've connected the N-Tester BT to the Atfarm mobile app, the app will guide you to take an empty reading against ambient light to calibrate the device. Press and hold the N-Tester BT head closed for a few seconds until your mobile device vibrates.
If your N-Tester BT doesn't work as expected, you can use this article to troubleshoot the device yourself. If it's still not working and you're getting incorrect readings, you can send it in for free testing and recalibration.
Please contact our support team to request a check-up of your N-Tester BT. We'll check the device, verify the calibration and repair or recalibrate the device if necessary.
