When signing up to Atfarm, a role can be chosen as Farmer or Advisor. The user interfaces for farmer and advisor differ from each other.
Farmer
If you choose the role 'Farmer', you will be able to create one or more farms for yourself and group your fields under the farms. You can also invite members (e. g. staff) to have access to the farms for a quick collaboration.
Advisor
If you choose the role 'Advisor', you will be able to create clients and create and manage their farms. You are not creating the farms for yourself. You can invite your clients to view their farms. The client then chooses the role 'Farmer'.
As an advisor, clients can be created by entering the clients name, e-mail address and an optional client ID. Once a client has been created, you create the farm and address it to the client. To do so, simply enter a farm name and add optional farm notes. Now, the created client and its farm can be observed in the application and consequently fields can be added. Through farm settings, farm details can be updated, and farm users of the client can be managed (update, invite additional users).
In the overview of all clients you can switch between your clients and create new clients. In the overview of the client's farms you can switch between the farms and add new farms.
Read here how to manage users.
