Our subscriptions are active for a period of 1 year and automatically renewed if not cancelled. We will let you know well in advance when your plan is due for renewal. You can also find the expiry date of your subscription in the Atfarm web app in your account overview.
You can cancel your subscription at any time up to the day it expires. Please contact our support team and we will cancel the subscription for you.
If your subscription includes the N-Tester BT, please return the device to us when your subscription expires. Provide a pick up address to our support team and we will then organise a pick up by DHL from the provided address. We will pay for the pick up, you just need to pack the parcel.
