Your N-Tester BT subscription is valid for one year. You'll be notified well in advance of your subscription's expiration date. You can also check the expiration date of your subscription in the Atfarm web app under Account > Subscription settings.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime before the expiration date. Please contact our support team and we'll cancel your subscription and provide next steps for returning the device after your subscription ends. Cancelling your subscription doesn't affect its current validity, you can use the N-Tester BT until the expiration date.

Returning the N-Tester BT

After your subscription ends (due to cancellation or non-renewal), the N-Tester BT must be returned within 30 days. Our support team will contact you at the end of your subscription and ask for a collection address to collect the device from. Please provide a collection address and we'll arrange a DHL collection from that address. We'll pay for the collection, so all you need to do is pack the parcel.
