How can I invite collaborators to my farm?

You can add collaborators to your farms, giving them access to all the farm's fields and recommendations. All users on the farm have the same rights as any other user.

This is how you invite a collaborator to your farm:

1. From a computer: Log in to the Atfarm web app from your desktop browser. / On mobile: Log in to the Atfarm mobile app on your mobile device.
2. Select the desired farm in the farm overview.
3. Web app: Click Farm settings in the left navigation bar. / Mobile app: Click Settings in the bottom bar.
4. Click Collaborators.
5. Click Invite collaborators.
6. Enter the email address of the collaborator you wish to invite to your farm.
   • Web app: Use the [Tab] key to add another collaborator's email address.
   • Mobile app: To add another collaborator's email address, repeat the process after you've invited the first collaborator.
7. Web app: Click Send invitations to send out the invite. / Mobile app: Click Send invite and start collaboration to send out the invite.
8. We've sent an invitation to the collaborator's email address.
9. The collaborator must click on the link in the email to accept the invitation.
10. The collaborator must fill in the registration form that opens and set a personal password to create their Atfarm account. Your farm will be accessible to the collaborator from the farm overview of their account.
11. You'll receive an email from us as soon as the invited user joins you on Atfarm.
