I have not received a verification email. How can I confirm my email address?

After creating your Atfarm account, a verification email will be sent to the email address used for registration. Please go to your inbox, open the email and click on the link to confirm your email address.


We urge you to verify your email address. Verifying your email address is a requisite to later reset your password in case you forget it. If the email address has not been verified and you have forgotten the password, you will not be able to receive the password reset email. In this case, you will have to create a new account and will lose your data.



Cannot find the verification email?


If the verification email is not in your inbox, please also check the spam folder. If the email is not in the spam folder either, the email address used to register the account may be incorrect. Perhaps, you used another email address to register than the one you are checking the inbox or the email address entered has a typo. If you are still signed in to your Atfarm account, you can check the email address used by following these steps:


  1. In the Atfarm web app, click on ACCOUNT in the left navigation bar.
  3. Now you can see your email address. 


If you have used an incorrect email address, please contact our support team. Please provide the correct email address and we will correct the email address for you. You should then receive a verification email. If you still do not receive the verification email, please contact us again.
