If the N-Tester 2011 doesn't work as expected, please troubleshoot the device as described in the N-Tester 2011 user manual.
If the device is still malfunctioning after troubleshooting and you're getting incorrect readings, it may need to be calibrated. To check if your N-Tester 2011 is still correctly calibrated, please use the supplied calibration disc.
If you don't have the calibration disc, please contact our support team and request a calibration. We'll provide you with the necessary information to arrange the delivery. Please note that calibration, replacement parts and shipping costs will apply.
