If the N-Tester BT you've received isn't working properly, you can use these instructions to troubleshoot the device.
If the N-Tester BT is damaged or you haven't been able to troubleshoot the problem, please contact our support team and let us know:
- Operating system (Android or iOS) and software version
- Your N-Tester BT serial number
- Detailed description of the problem
In the event that we need to troubleshoot the device at our premises or replace it, please also provide us with the following information:
- Pick-up address where we can collect the device
- Telephone number where we can contact you
- Schedule of at least 3 hours and the days you're available
