I have received a defective N-Tester BT.

If the N-Tester BT you've received isn't working properly, you can use these instructions to troubleshoot the device.

 

If the N-Tester BT is damaged or you haven't been able to troubleshoot the problem, please contact our support team and let us know:

 

  • Operating system (Android or iOS) and software version
  • Your N-Tester BT serial number
  • Detailed description of the problem

 

In the event that we need to troubleshoot the device at our premises or replace it, please also provide us with the following information:

 

  • Pick-up address where we can collect the device
  • Telephone number where we can contact you
  • Schedule of at least 3 hours and the days you're available
