What is soil analysis in Atfarm? Why should I add soil values?

With Atfarm's free soil analysis feature, you can easily add the results of multiple soil analyses for your field. The soil analysis feature is available in the Atfarm web app. Once you've added your field, you have two options to add soil analysis values:

• Upload lab analysis files
• Manually enter soil analysis values

All added soil analysis values for a field are aggregated in the soil analysis summary. Here, you can easily review historical soil fertility trends and plan future testing.

The soil analysis summary can be used to create Nutrition Plans tailored to your crop needs and soil fertility status for planning your optimal fertiliser strategy. If you don't add your own values, we'll use soil nutrient values from the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB) for the calculation.
