How can I assign crop class and type to fields imported from John Deere Operations Center™?

Yara has specific calibrations for specific crop classes and types based on years of field trials. To ensure that the correct crop class and type are selected, these must be manually assigned for each field after the field import from the John Deere Operations Center™.

Assign crop class and type as follows:

1. Log in to Atfarm from your desktop browser.
   • The connection to John Deere can only be made from the Atfarm web app in your desktop browser, not from the Atfarm mobile app on your mobile device.
2. Select the desired John Deere farm in the farm overview.
   • Your imported John Deere farms are marked with a special label.
3. Click the three dots next to the farm name and select Sync crop type with John Deere from the options.
4. If crop class and types have been matched, you'll now see a list of the John Deere crop types with the region and number of fields to which an Atfarm crop class and type has been assigned. If no crop types have been matched, skip to step 6. Check the matching and adjust if necessary as follows:
   1. Click the arrow next to a row to view all fields and their assigned crop classes and types.
   2. Click the Atfarm crop class dropdown to select a new crop class.
   3. Click the Atfarm crop type dropdown to select a new crop type.
5. Click Continue to proceed to the next step.
6. If no crop classes and types have been matched, you'll now see a list of the John Deere fields that haven't been assigned a crop class or type in John Deere Operations Center™ and therefore haven't been assigned an Atfarm crop class and type. Assign the crop class and type as follows:
   
   1. Tick the box next to a field to select it, or tick the box next to the header row to select all fields.
   2. Click the Region dropdown and select the selected field's region.
   3. Click the Atfarm crop class dropdown and select the selected field's crop class.
   4. Click the Atfarm crop type dropdown and select the selected field's crop type.
7. Once you've adapted all fields, click Finish.
8. You'll now see the fields grouped by crop type in the farm overview.
