You can change your role as long as you don't have an active subscription. If you change your role from farmer to advisor, you'll be asked to assign your existing farms to at least one client, which you need to create. A client must have at least one farm assigned to them.
Proceed as follows to change your role from farmer to advisor:

Log in to Atfarm in your desktop browser.
- Changing roles is only possible in the Atfarm web app, not in the Atfarm mobile app.
- Click Account in the left navigation bar.
- Click Personal information.
- Select the advisor role from the Active Role dropdown.
- Click Save to save your edits.
- Click Advisor account in the pop-up to confirm the role change.
- Enter your client's first and last name in the first input fields.
- Optionally enter a client ID in the next input field.
- Click Select client farms to assign existing farms to this client.
- Select the farms you want to assign to the client from the list that opens.
- Click Confirm to save your changes.
- Enter your client's email address in the last input field.
- Click Save and add more clients.
- Repeat this process until you've assigned all your existing farms to clients. Once you've completed this, you'll be directed to your client overview.
- We've sent an email invitation to the client's email address.
- The client must click Accept invitation in the email to accept the invitation and join the farm.
- The Atfarm welcome page will open. If the client already has an Atfarm account, they should log in now. If they don't have an Atfarm account, they will need to register an account first.
- The client's farm will appear in their account's farm overview.
- You'll receive an email from us as soon as the invited user joins you on Atfarm.
You can now add fields to your client's farm, add more farms to a client or add more clients.
