By using Atfarm's Variable N-Rate Application maps in combination with the Yara N-Sensor, you can further optimise your nitrogen fertilisation.
While the Yara N-Sensor performs well on cloudy days when satellite images can't be used to create application maps, Atfarm's Variable N-Rate Application functionality offers the advantage of more frequent satellite imagery of the area in good weather conditions (low cloud cover). With these frequent satellite images, you can better monitor your crops and respond quickly to changes.
In Atfarm, the application map can also be adjusted before the application and can be used on different tractors. However, the Yara N-Sensor also provides clear advantages during the application itself, as it allows for real-time fertiliser application even in cloudy conditions by measuring the crop at a direct distance.
