How can I fix the Atfarm web app not loading?

If the Atfarm web app takes a long time to load, doesn't load at all, or you get a message about an invalid URL, the below steps may help you access Atfarm again.

1) Refresh page

Try refreshing the Atfarm page by clicking on the reload button next to the web address bar. You can also refresh a web page by pressing F5 (Windows) or Command+R (Mac).

2) Hard refresh page

When you hard refresh a website, all cache data for that website, in this case the Atfarm web app, is cleared. You'll be logged out of Atfarm and can log in again.

To hard refresh, hold down Ctrl and press F5 (Windows) or Command, Shift + R (Mac).

3) Use another browser

Load the Atfarm web app in another web browser. This could be a quick fix if you don't have time to fix the loading problem at the moment.

4) Update browser version

The Atfarm web app is optimized for use with the latest web browser version. Please make sure you always use the latest browser version. You can find the latest versions of the most popular web browsers here.

5) Clear browser cache

If step 2 didn't help, you can clear your web browser's entire cache. Please note that this will log you out of all open browser applications and you'll need to log in again.

Where you can find this option depends on the web browser you're using. You can usually find it in your browser settings or as an option when you clear your browsing history.

Once you've cleared your browser data, restart your browser.

6) Disable extensions

If you use any add-ons/extensions in your web browser, such as ad blockers, please disable them.

7) Log out from your browser account

Browser accounts are used to synchronize browser data across devices and to allow multiple people to use the same web browser with different settings. Most popular web browsers support such user profiles.

If you have a browser account, log out of your browser account, restart your computer and web browser, and log back in to your account. If this doesn't help, you can try using a different account.

If none of these solutions work, you may need to create another browser account.

8) Reinstall your browser

If the above solutions don't work for you, reinstalling your web browser might help. This will remove any pre-existing glitches, bugs, pop-ups, and update issues.

Uninstalling the browser will delete all of your browser profile data. However, you can retrieve the data by enabling browser data synchronization.
